problema dopo cambio server

sto cercando di riconfiguare il sito, da oggi ho tolto aruba ma credo ci sia qualche errore in configure.php

da quello che ho visto sembra non sia dovuto al configure cmq su google ci sono diversi post in merito

risolto, mi ha dato una mano vhosting, devo dire che sono molto disponibili non posto la soluzione perche' ci ha pensato lui e non so cosa abbia fatto...cmq e' ok
