si è scoperto ke la versione di oswai non invia mail al cliente, è un bug.
e io ke stavo impazzendo

E sì, ho letto.
Purtroppo sono cose che succedono sia con i pacchetti già pronti sia con pacchetto base più proprie modifiche.

facendo delle ricerche sul sito, ho trovato alcuni post tra i quali:

inserendo quanto dicono questi post, sono riuscito a far arrivare alla mail dell'admin un messaggio di posta vuoto, gia è qualcosa.

Il codice che hai postato è quello relativo alla lingua italiana...devi guardate nel file catalog/checkout_success.php.

Questo è il codice originale, prova a confrontare i due file con un programma di comparazione.
Tieni presente che stai lavorando su una versione che è stata "pesantemente" modificata, sicuramente non puoi fare copia e incolla.

ho fatto il confronto, ho notato che parekkie cose mancano, inoltre nel mio file manca proprio la stringa che faccia partire la email.
non capisco come faccia a funzionare ad altre persone.

A questo punto è probabile che fosse un problema di server.

si aruba linux, ho chiesto info all'assistenza, attendo risposta.

il tipo di aruba mi ha risposto dicendo che a lui arrivava la mail, poi quando gli ho chiesto di mostrarmela mi ha detto che gli è arrivata solo la mail di benvenuto ehehehe ke fesso.
cmq ora gli ho detto ke se è un problema loro devono risolvere altrimenti trasloco altrove. stiamo a vedere cosa succede
