Installed the GroupDiscount 1.3

Hi. Have installed the GroupDiscount 1.3, and I have added the new table customers_groups to the database. I now have the "Groups" function in my Custemer administration menu, but when I press the "group" function..thsi will happen:

1146 - Table 'dinmc_uk_db.TABLE_CUSTOMERS_GROUPS' doesn't exist

select count(*) as total from TABLE_CUSTOMERS_GROUPS g

[TEP STOP]

....why?? the table CUSTOMERS_GROUPS wil be in the database??
