Problemi con rewrite urls ulteriori pagine x categoria

Un buongiorno a tutti ed in particolare a Dynamo . Ogni tanto mi ripresento con qualche enigma :)
Per non impazzire con il rewrite delle URLs ho installato questa contribution http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/5901

Funziona tutto bene fino ma quando cerco di aprire la seconda pagina o successiva di una categoria il rewrite mi ritorna sulla prima pagina.

vi posto il codice del .htaccess e html_output.php sperando che riusciate a trovarmi la soluzione.

a colpo d'occhio io cambierei il RewriteBase con un semplice "/"

non avendo sottocartelle basta mettere la root come cartella senza http

da neofita mi sorge il dubbio che manchi qualche stringa nel rewrite delle categorie ma non so dove mettere le mani
La cosa strana è che inizialmente sembra funzionare ma dopo qualche click mi ritorna errore 404
